Charlie Sheppard

Charlie is our President conducting daily operations of Community Advisors overseeing field data collection, financial report preparation and assembling the final product that gives our clients value. He has been associated with several regional development and real estate companies working through the South East providing guidance on property condition and renovation, operations and energy management for over thirty years.

Charlie holds a BS from Va Tech and is a Florida Certified General Contractor, Certified Property Manager, CPM and a Real Property Administrator, RPA and currently is a candidate with the Certified Commercial Investment Member, CCIM organization
